The sales boosting mindset

I used to have boss that said “the figures are never just the figures.”

He was running a number of mobile phone stores at the time and he could manipulate the sales by moving staff around to different stores.

In other words, the people and their mindsets or attitudes where changing the sales figures and nothing else.

After all everyone had the same training and same knowledge.

So how much of your sales figures are down to your mindset?

Well a lot more than you might think.

One of the most profitable questions you can ask yourself is how much your are settling for right now?

This is the figure that you have decided you must have to get by.

Simply deciding that you want more, or that you demand more will set the wheels in motion to higher sales.

In other words, reset that standard.

Demand more from your business.

Don’t settle for less.

Make up your mind that you want something different.

Realise that the actions you need to take to achieve this new standard will have to be different.

But that is the easy part.

Or relatively easy.

You have to make up your mind you want something different first.
